In the last few years a new paradigm has emerged in couples relationships: the Conscious Couples Relationship. This orientation, however, is so new we rarely see it clearly or systematically laid out anywhere.
This is because this new conscious approach to relationships represents a complete shift in the level of our self-awareness together, the actual processes involved in sustaining and deepening our connection, and even the goals of our being together.
And yet because of this, it offers a richer level of meaning, harmony, intimacy, and individual growth that is much beyond what we have come to expect. Or aim for.
Fortunately, couples and individuals can readily gain the self-awarenesses, skills and tools that enable them to stay conscious and fully present — within themselves and in their connection in their hearts together — through thick and thin.
